Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for a return. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Visit our Returns & Exchanges portal here to get started. You'll need your order number and email address. The available options for your order will be shown in the portal.

Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days. A $6.95 processing fee applies to refunds. Return shipping costs may also apply and will be shown before your return is submitted.

If you choose store credit instead of a refund, the $6.95 processing fee is waived.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Eligible items may be exchanged for another size of the same item within 30 days. A $6.95 exchange shipping and processing fee applies.

Refunds
Once your eligible return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please start a request through our Returns & Exchanges portal. 

International Returns & Exchanges
International returns and exchanges are not currently accepted.

Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Final sale status will be noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
