What is your sizing like?
Our hoodies and tees have a bit of an oversized fit, so we recommend sticking to your typical size or sizing down. Our size chart can be found here.

Where is my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking link — please check your inbox (and spam folder) for this email and click the link to get the most up-to-date status on your delivery.

If you haven't received a shipping notification yet, your order is still being processed. US orders typically arrive within 4-5 business days of shipment, and international orders may take 1-2 weeks depending on customs clearance and local delivery. We strive to get your order to you as fast as possible, but please note there are sometimes delays outside of our control. We greatly appreciate your patience!

All items are shipped from the USA.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, new launches, and promotions processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. If you haven't received a shipping notification yet, your order is still being processed — we appreciate your patience and promise your order will be on its way soon! 

How long is shipping? 

For US customers: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 4-5 business days after shipment — so please allow 7-10 business days from your order date for delivery.

For international customers: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and may take an additional 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on customs clearance and shipping within your country.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package along the way. Please note that occasional delays outside of our control may occur, and we appreciate your patience!

Do you accept returns? 

Orders placed on or after March 15, 2026, are eligible for returns & exchanges within 30 days for U.S. customers and can be returned here. International exchanges & returns are not currently accepted. 

Orders placed before March 15, 2026 are not eligible for returns & exchanges. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, you will have 30 minutes to edit or cancel. You can edit your order on your order confirmation page and via your order confirmation email. Once the 30 minutes has passed, your order can not be edited or canceled.

Is my purchase tax-deductible?

We are not registered as a 501(c)(3) organization and therefore, your purchases are not tax-deductible.

Which organizations do you support?

At this time, our proceeds will be contributed amongst the following: American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, National Alliance on Mental Illness, Active Minds, Brain & Behavior Research Foundation, re:Mind, Shine Initiative, and the Brandon Egert Foundation.
